Happy New Year!

The Swedish way of celebrating New Year's is slightly different from the British way. We wear our best part frocks, have fireworks at midnight and party ALL night long with good food and drink. And good company of course! If our cocktails turn out good we'll post them over at Blossom & Bill's for sure.
Happy New Year everyone!

Christmas is over! Time to start thinking about shedding our clothes and go skinny dipping in lakes and stuff!

Penguin Splash

This delightful child's loft space was first featured on the blog Ma Cabane Celeste . A splash of ISAK Penguin wallpaper helps to bring the room's personality alive. Clean, fresh and new but also traditional and homely.

ISAK December Press

ISAK received a scattering in the glossies in December. It's always nice to be represented in a Swedish magazine, it's like we haven't been forgotten about back home. Sandra and the rest of the design team should be popping up in another Swedish Interiors magazine next month. Keep an eye out for them.

Last Orders

Hi everyone, hope you are all getting excited about Christmas (or effectively escaping!). Just a reminder that if you need any beautiful happy things to arrive in time for Christmas, then we need your order in by 8 o'clock Monday morning. Whatever you are doing have a wonderful Christmas, make sure to get some rest, get inspired and don't get stressed!

Snö

It's snowing! Snowmen and snowball fights, children shrieking with joy. Can we dare hope for a white Christmas? It'll be the first one in... forever!

This is the result!

The boys came back with the most beautiful tree. The baby has already broken 3 bulbuls, one glass heart, 2 vases and a flower pot. Guess there's no surprice what he'll get me for Chrsitmas? :)

Penguin Blanket

The 100% Norwegian wool blanket has been much in demand over the last couple of weeks. As we only make a few each year, they have nearly sold out. There are a handful of the Turquoise left but the Brown ones have all gone. They may only be around for a few more days...

Christmas tree

If we'd been in Sweden now we'd just go out for the day and select a tree or two from granddad's woods behind his garden. He'd get his axe out and just chop it down. We'd bring it home fresh smelling with creatures and everything! Instead we're going to have a little drive around and buy one today.

Portugal

We're leaving the office on a few days sourcing trip to Portugal. Seeing some new factories and hopefully making new friends with them. Throw in a couple of layins and we should be returning very refreshed indeed!

Sing a song or two!

Our Fika Cups...

We promised these would be ready mid to late November. They are still not ready... The samples arrived and we approved them - they looked great! But when the stock arrived... the quality of the print was just not up to scratch. So, we decided to bin them and have the manufacturer make new cups. Quality is extremely important to us and although we hate to disappoint and not to be able to keep our word - we hope that our customers will bare with us. We sincerely apologise.
